Australians shop online more regularly than people in most other countries

Australian’s are topping the list in the latest research into online shopping, showing that we spend an average of $206 a month. Research from Swinburne University also shows that older age shoppers in the 50-64 age bracket have increased their shopping habits from an average of $257 to $258 per month.
”We found that 25% of Australians were buying at least once a week, compared with 17% of Americans and less then 10% of Europeans, Israelis or Japenese” said Mr Ewing, senior researcher at the Productivity Comission.
